SCENE 01 – Facing the Sith blockade, Cas bluffs his way past by telling them he has an important Sith onboard the ship. Whilst the Sith is in the area, they inform him that he was not expected to return to Velmore. Using the Force, Lars is able to cloud the commanding officer’s mind so that he allows them to pass and land on Velmore.

SCENE 02 – Arriving at the Sith base on Velmore, the crew spots several ships in a docking station, a large facility, and a road connecting the facility to the ruins of an ancient temple. Commander Dessik himself, along with several Sith soldiers and his prisoner, Lon Kemerin, meet the Laughing Rancor. Dessik is surprised to see the crew is not who he expected and has them arrested. Lon volunteers to head up the search of their ship.

SCENE 03 – On board the ship, Lon discovers the homing beacon his brother created and traces the ship’s history throughout their adventures; he begins to piece together a theory.

SCENE 04 – Lon is able to scrub the logs on the Laughing Rancor so that not all of the information makes it to Dessik. When he reports to Dessik, he learns that there is a Sith expected to land shortly, Darth Calamitous. Calamitous will question the prisoners and take Lars Mondo hostage, should be choose to question the Jedi at his convenience.

SCENE 05 – Lon is able to convince Dessik that he should interrogate the prisoners and when he does so he learns of their intentions and how they know his brother.

SCENE 06 – Darth Calamitous arrives at the base and Lon is ordered to escort him to the prisoners. Lon rigs blast doors to close behind him and runs towards the brig, Calamitous in pursuit.

SCENE 07 – Meanwhile, in the brig, the crew fights with their guards and engages in a fire fight; alarms sound throughout the base. Calamitous is confused by both light and dark side force emanations coming from the brig (this is due to the Kyber crystal Lars has hidden on this person). Calamitous reaches out with the force to Lars and his identity is instantly known to Lars — Darth Calamitous was once his friend, Kenth Pavan, believed to be dead.

SCENE 08 – Unable to get to the brig, Lon races to the ancient temple. He knows that his escape must be now or never but he cannot leave his research into an Angel-Sith hybrid survive. Kept upon the ancient altar is a bacta tank and within that tank is the first Angel-Sith hybrid: a creature of immense power, able to survive the vacuum of space and travel transdimensionally, along with the ability to harness the dark side of the force.

Lon begins the process of shutting down the life support systems but is interrupted by the guards who suspect he is up to no good before he can completely destroy the hybrid.

SCENE 09 – The heroes are able to obtain their weapons and escape to the docking bay. Cas, of course, chooses Dessik’s personal cruiser to make their escape in. Lon meets with them as they are running on board. Calamitous reaches out the Lars and tells him to stay, that he can explain everything, but Lars is able to shut his mind off to Pavan.

SCENE 10 – Lasers blaring, Kane mans the gunnery station of Dessik’s cruiser, missing the Sith as the controls are much more sensitive than he is used to; however, the covering fire is sufficient enough for Cas to get the cruiser off the ground — but now they must get past the blockade, which is on full alert!
