In anticipation of the (hopefully soon) arrival of the Final Fantasy XIV TRPG starter set at my door, I ordered a copy of the 2016 Encyclopedia Eorzea — a gorgeous, lavishly illustrated setting book for Final Fantasy XIV. There are apparently multiple volumes in the series, and I will probably collect more if they go on sale. But I have not doubt that Volume I is more than enough to get started with the TRPG!

Did I mention that the book is gorgeous?! Faux leather cover with foil inlay on the covers and spine, with matte, full color, with thick matte, art book stlye pages. I may blog about it in more detail once I start tearing through it.
